Biedermeier Alder wood and Burr Elm Swedish Sofa table. Set on an ebonised column pedestal resting on a platform base. The top is bordered with a string inlaid decoration. The table can be extended by raising the two side leaves. The drawers and base fitted with a bronze mounts motifs.
This piece has lovely small proportions.
