A rare pair of Biedermeier Karelian birch Swedish Lyre sewing tables. The tables have an exceptionally good grain and color to the timber. They are mounted with brass pateries, the central strings of the Lyre are brass. Ebonized detailing to the base. The drawers are fitted with compartments. The tables would make great statement pieces for either side of an entrance or fire place. They can also be used as end tables for a sofa or chairs.
